Tasting Room Assistant Manager

Position Summary:

Provide proactive leadership in all aspects of tasting room operations and work to develop a team that passionately promotes the brand. They will work to create a memorable guest experience for every customer by successfully overseeing and implementing tasting room operations: sales, customer service, training and development, reservation management, winery experiences, inventory accuracy, staff scheduling.

Professional Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Management experience preferred, including proven people management skills
-Strong Leadership and team building skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail
-Inventory management skills and multi-tasking ability
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office,
-Google Suite
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be able to lift and move 40 lbs

Job Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week
